ERASMUS OFFICE 
An orientation program was organized on March 21, 2024, Friday, at the Atatürk Congress and Culture Center for students who were granted the Erasmus study and internship mobility for the 2025-2026 academic year by the International Relations Office of Ondokuz Mayıs University, Erasmus Exchange Program Coordination.
The program commenced with an opening speech by Dr. Mehmet TÜTÜNCÜ, the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator, and continued with presentations by Ms. Tuğçe KARAZ, the Responsible Officer for Outgoing Students, and Ms. Cemile KURU. The students were provided with detailed information on various topics such as Erasmus study and internship mobilities, financial support, visa procedures, and cultural adaptation.
Furthermore, students who had previously participated in the Erasmus program shared their experiences, and a live connection was established with Erasmus students currently studying abroad. This provided all awarded students with comprehensive information regarding the process.
The full-day program concluded with an iftar event at OMTEL Hotel, attended by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Çetin Kurnaz.
