Erasmus+ Student Blended Intensive Program (BIP) Mobility Final Results Have Been Announced. Lisbon / Portugal

Dear Students,

First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in the Erasmus Program and for your applications.

NOTE 1:

The preliminary evaluation results were announced on April 27, 2026, and objections were accepted until 17:00 on April 29, 2026. After all objections were reviewed by the selection and evaluation committee, the final placement results for the Erasmus+ Student Blended Intensive Program (BIP) Mobility for the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year have been determined.

NOTE 2:

Explanations regarding the results list:

Page 1: Contains the main (principal) ranked list with scores for the Erasmus+ Student Blended Intensive Program (BIP) Mobility.

NOTE 3:

All students listed on the main list are required to attend the “Preparation and Support Program (Orientation Program)” to receive all necessary pre-departure information. The session will take place on Monday, May 4, 2026. The meeting link will be sent to the email addresses of the students on the main list.

NOTE 4:

Students who believe there is an error or missing information in their personal details on the list, or who have not received the informational emails sent by our office, must notify us via email at erasmus@omu.edu.tr by 17:00 on Friday, May 1, 2026.

NOTE 5:

Students on the main list who wish to waive their rights must submit a petition addressed to the Rectorate via the institutional email address of the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office. In order to avoid a point deduction under the category “Not participating in mobility despite being selected without submitting a waiver on time” in the next application period, students must submit their waiver petitions by May 3, 2026. Students who do not submit their waiver by the specified deadline will be subject to a point deduction in their Erasmus success score in the next application period.
