"The Hague Summer School" ile ilgili bilgileri aşağıdadır:

Dear Students,

We are pleased to announce that The Hague Summer School will be running again this Summer. The Hague Summer School will take place with a two-week (4 ECTS) or four-week (8 ECTS) option between the 4th and 29th of July 2016.
Building on this year's success
Last year's highly successfully Summer School explored the theme of 'peace'. We looked at solving the world's big issues through the eyes of engineers, human rights activists, security professionals and entrepreneurs; connecting both the private and public sectors.

Our students spent time in the heart of 'the City of Peace and Justice' and followed general and elective courses taught by high profile professionals. They also visited The Hague's international institutions, from the Peace Palace to the International Criminal Court.
The theme for 2016: Water

Drinking water is becoming an increasingly scarce resource. At the same time, global warming is causing severe flooding and rising sea levels. The Intercontinental Panel on Climatic Change (IPCC) predicts sea levels will rise up to three feet by the end of this century.

Where better to discuss water management then here in the Netherlands? We are the world's best-known water managers. We have a great track record in building flood defences and reclaiming new land and have one of the best drinking water systems in the world.

We hope The Hague Summer School 2016 will spark discussions on 'water' between students and experts. Our two general modules span issues from global water management to change and innovation in water management. Key organisations and ministries in The Hague will be on board to share their first hand experiences.
